Judy's diverse business background includes all aspects of startup, business management and marketing. Her experience includes being a business owner for more than twenty years, as well as working in the corporate and non profit sector. Judy has served in various capacities on numerous Boards for both existing and
start up organizations.

Judy completed 200 hours of coaching training and graduated from Coach University in February 1998. She founded the Christian Coaches Network later that year. She is
a certified Teleclass Leader for Coach University and co-leads the Christian Track program
at the Institute for Life Coach Training program, through Therapist University. She was
awarded the Professional Certified Coach (P.C.C.) designation by the International
Coach Federation in March, 1999. As a published writer and public speaker, she holds
twelve professional awards for excellence.
Judy works with clients who are in leadership and ministry, as well as those who seek to find their passion, wanting deeper meaning in life. Judy is particularly skilled and experienced in working with people and organizations in transition, people with a vision and those who want to make a difference.
Judy Santos is the Director of the Christian Coaches Network and a member of the International Coach International Coach Federation, the Redmond Chamber of Commerce, the American Business Women's Association and the Puget Sound Coaching Association.
Judy is a native of the magnificent Pacific Northwest and lives near Seattle, Washington, not far from grown children and grandchildren.
